Items are only eligible for return or refund if the original artwork arrived damaged, or was misrepresented. In that case, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. 

Any return shipments must be arranged through the artist and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). 

Purchased artworks are typically packaged and shipped within 5 business days of payment, unless art is part of a current show. If this is the case, you immediately will be notified of the delivery timeline.

Artwork is insured and shipped by a carrier of the artist's choice.
